Oh can I just add one more? ;)
SMOOTHIES! We love them at our house. We make them with fresh or frozen fruit and I have been known to throw in a hanful of baby spinach or two just for added nutrients. You don't even know it's there except for the color. So we call them Swamp smoothies and my kids think they are great!

Sometimes we even freeze them in molds and call them "Shrek Pops" ;)
